* Avoid junk foods

* Inculcate the habit of eating slowly.

* Promote the habit of drinking water regularly in your kids. Water is helpful in reducing the impact of acid reflux. 

* Give your child lots of rest and keep him well-hydrated. This will keep your child relaxed and he will recover quickly.

* Make sure that you include high-fiber fruits and vegetables regularly in your child’s diet.
